I’ve always said that the business of design is not for the faint of heart. It can be isolating and sometimes down right terrifying. The path to profitability can be bumpy and uncertain at times. Balancing the the needs of your clients, vendor relations, and your team can be overwhelming. Some days it can feel like no one else understands or cares about the one thing that is so important to you, your business. If you’re experiencing any of these feelings, business coaching may be the support you need.
My approach to coaching relies on communication, trust, and accountability. I’m right there with you on the field and on the sidelines but at the end of the day, you’re the one who has to execute the play. I leverage over 15 years of experience in the business of design and hundreds of conversations with industry pros and designers just like you to develop a strategy to support and guide you toward your vision of success.

It all starts with a discovery call (sound familiar?) and then I’ll recommend either a 90 minute power session, a 3 hour strategy session, or a 10 hour deep dive depending on your goals.

This 60-90 minute presentation explores the intersection of branding and the client experience. We cover strategies for developing a memorable client experience that promotes brand loyalty and establishes trust with your clients. From communication to presentations and everything in between, this interactive presentation is loaded with tips and advice to elevate the image and intention of your design business.
We’ll package the “The Client Experience” presentation along with a round table discussion about “Selling Luxury” and another topic of your choice and bring it to your office for a team building experience that will inform and motivate everyone in attendance.
This is a 4 hour presentation in total.
Rate: $5,000.00 plus travel expenses.
